Generate business from builders, contractors and individual home owners, prepare quotations and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Any graduate (Civil Engineering preferred)
- Experience in construction material sales
- Good communication in Kannada, English and Hindi
- Two-wheeler with valid licence
Quality Control Engineer
Carry out raw material testing, mix design trials, cube testing and maintain quality records in line with IS 4926 and IS 456 standards.
Requirements
- B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of concrete mix design and lab testing
- Good documentation skills
Transit Mixer Driver
Safely drive transit mixer trucks and deliver ready mix concrete to customer sites on time while maintaining vehicle hygiene and documentation.
Requirements
- Valid heavy vehicle (HMV) driving licence
- Minimum 3 years of heavy vehicle driving
- Knowledge of Bengaluru city routes preferred
Plant Operator (Batching Plant)
Operate and maintain the computerised RMC batching plant, ensure accurate batching as per mix design and coordinate dispatch with the logistics team.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience operating AJAX / Schwing Stetter batching plants
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in shifts
